A frenzied blur of shades fell on the defenseless muggle, muffling his wild horrified cry. Severus remained unharmed, he took an uneven step back, he wanted to avert his eyes, but the vision held him locked to its insane impossibility.
The mad swirl soon floated away in an awkward jerky fashion,
Clement was lost in those hungry folds, a glimmer of gold fell to the ground from the mass … a time piece abandoned to the cold night …
A gray hand swooped down, it clutched the watch and fob for an instant, then cast it disdainfully into the darkness …

The shadowed figure glided forward, then around the frozen Wizard, whose poised wand did indeed impose a degree of caution upon the moment.

The Vampire stood shocked into silence by the straightforward reply. He fluttered his lashes then rolled his eyes, a broad yet simple smile spread across his fiendish countenance.
“Nothing less than an outright exchange at this point … You seem to be a far more interesting prospect to me … what is your name?”
